Inside Cybersole task creation you will find numerous alternative "modes" as outlined in each site-specific documentation. Below you will find a basic run through on what each mode is for (Please note not all modes are available for each module), we suggest utilising all of them where possible unless stated otherwise on specific release guidance or inside the "Important" channel in the Discord server.
App
This mode opts to the use the stores mobile application if available.
App (Safe)
Similar to the above but most useful if there is increased security.
Fast
Fastest/most efficient mode but only used when there is no bot protection.
Safe
Similar to Fast but catering for some anti-bot protection. In terms of Shopify this mode would be used when a password page is active and the store also uses bot protection.
Safe Preload
Similar to the above but most useful for stores which have products active prior to the drop so you can preload a checkout for increased speed. In terms of Shopify this mode would be used when there is no password page active and the website has products loaded.
Super Safe
The safest mode available, best used for high-security releases. We will advise when to use this mode inside the release guides/Important channel.
Restock
Best suited for running restocks as per the name.
Preload
Similar to Safe Preload in the sense where it preloads a checkout for increased speed.
