In this example you can see how to autostart Slamjam tasks based on the in-bot monitor catching your filter.

Slamjam URLs feature a unique identifier such as j257798 as seen in "https://it.slamjam.com/products/yeezy-footwear-yzy-foam-rnr-white-j257798". You can then use this identifier as your 'URL/SKU' input to avoid using keywords!
