The help section allows you to input text into the search bar to locate keywords inside our documentation so you can attempt to solve any issues yourself without the need of searching through guidance manually.

To do this you’ll need to navigate to the “Need Help?” section on the Settings page and then input your search query into the search bar, this will give you results in real time.

Alternatively, you can click “Open Help Center” to launch the following link where you can view all the documentation in full as well as create a ticket for 1 to 1 support, the team will aim to get back to your ticket within 48 hours but times will vary due to time zone differences and you may experience slower responses throughout weekends.
