Pop Mart - Product Monitor

With update 5.11.2.6, support for Pop Mart in-bot monitoring is now available using the Product Monitor trigger.

1. Create a Smart Action

Start by creating a new smart action. Ensure the trigger in 1. Trigger is set to Product Monitor.

2. Set Up Filters

  • Store Region: Use the Store Name equals filter. For example, use Pop Mart US if targeting the US region.
  • Category (Optional): Use the Pop Mart Category equals filter to monitor Normal, Pop Now, or In-Store Pickup. You can also skip this filter, but be sure to select Auto mode when creating tasks (covered in Step 3).
  • Pop Mart Store: If monitoring in-store SKUs, add a Pop Mart Store equals any filter and select the specific stores you want to track.
  • SKU Filter: Add a SKU equals any filter and list the SKUs you wish to monitor.

3. Configure Actions

In the 3. Actions tab:

  • Use a Create Tasks action to generate tasks in a pre-defined task group. Be sure you set mode to Auto regardless of the setup you are using. This will use the proper mode required to check out.
  • Add a Start tasks -> Tasks action to start your created tasks.
  • Add a Go to Task Group action to automatically display your tasks once triggered.
  • Finally, include a Delete Tasks After action to prevent task buildup over time.

4. Example Configurations:

Direct SKU Monitoring: This method supports Pop Now, In-Store Pickup, and Normal SKUs. Be sure to use "Auto" as the mode to ensure the correct type is selected automatically during task creation.

SKU Monitoring with Category Filter: This setup includes the Pop Mart Category filter, which is useful if you want to monitor only a specific type of SKU—such as Normal SKUs. In this example, only Normal SKUs are monitored, with the mode explicitly set to "Normal" to match. You can also leave this set to "Auto" since it would still recognize it as Normal due to the Category filter.

SKU Monitoring with Store Filter: This setup is designed to monitor only In-Store Pickup SKUs at specific store locations. Use the Pop Mart Store filter to select the stores you want to monitor, and make sure the mode is set to "In-Store Pickup" for accurate task creation. You can also leave this set to "Auto" since it would still recognize it as In-Store Pickup due to the Category filter. Then, ensure that you have Pop Mart Store set as the store in Create Tasks.
