1. Create a Smart Action
Start by creating a new smart action. Ensure the trigger in 1. Trigger is set to Product Monitor.
2. Set Up Filters
- Store: Use the Store Name equals filter. In the input, type in "Scheels" and it will show in the dropdown list.
- SKU Filter: Use the SKU equals any filter to monitor master SKU's. For multiple SKU's, add them line by line. To find the Master SKU, if you navigated to https://www.scheels.com/p/19848861826, you might think the master SKU is "19848861826", but if you scroll down on the page under "Product Description", you will see "1005-HQ4307". This is what you'd put in the SKU equals any filter.
- Color (Optional): List colors if you want to only monitor certain colors on the SKU.
3. Configure Actions
In the 3. Actions tab:
- Use a Create Tasks action to generate tasks in a pre-defined task group. Set your desired proxy list, profiles, size range, etc. here.
- Add a Start tasks -> Tasks action to start your created tasks.
- Add a Go to Task Group action to automatically display your tasks once triggered (optional).
- Finally, include a Delete Tasks After action to prevent task buildup over time.
