1. Create a Smart Action
Start by creating a new smart action. Ensure the trigger in 1. Trigger is set to Product Monitor.
2. Set Up Filters
- Store: Use the Store Name equals filter. For example, use Funko Shop if you're targeting the Funko Shop US region. Unless you have profiles that work across all stores (e.g., hard cards), we recommend creating a separate smart action for each store. However, if your profiles are compatible across multiple stores, you can use Store Name equals any and list all desired stores using the same configuration shown below.
- Product URL Filter: Use the Product URL filter to monitor specific SKUs. Simply list the exact SKU you want to track (see example below for formatting).
3. Configure Actions
In the 3. Actions tab:
- Use a Create Tasks action to generate tasks in a pre-defined task group. Set your desired proxy list, profiles, etc. here.
- Add a Start tasks -> Tasks action to start your created tasks.
- Add a Go to Task Group action to automatically display your tasks once triggered.
- Finally, include a Delete Tasks After action to prevent task buildup over time.
