1. Create a Smart Action
Start by creating a new smart action. Ensure the trigger in 1. Trigger is set to Product Monitor.
2. Set Up Filters
- Store: Use the Store Name equals filter. In the input, type in "Swatch" and it will show in the dropdown list. Select the region you're targeting here.
- SKU Filter: Use the SKU equals any filter to monitor multiple SKU's. For multiple SKU's, add them line by line. To find the SKU, navigate to a product URL such as https://www.swatch.com/en-gb/midnight-in-the-mirror-yvs539g/YVS539G.html. The "YVS539G" in the URL is the SKU. This is what you'd put in the SKU equals any filter.
3. Configure Actions
In the 3. Actions tab:
- Use a Create Tasks action to generate tasks in a pre-defined task group.
- Add a Start tasks -> Tasks action to start your created tasks.
- Add a Go to Task Group action to automatically display your tasks once triggered (optional).
- Finally, include a Delete Tasks After action to prevent task buildup over time.
