If you wish to import/export profiles you will firstly need to navigate to the “Settings” page then select “Data” from the side menu, doing this will present a page like below;
From here, select “Billing” from the drop-down as pictured then click “Export” to export your profiles. If you wish to import you will need to either drag/drop a compatible Cybersole 5.X profile.json into the appropriate area or click the specified area to locate your file via the normal file explorer prompt.
If you wish to completely reset the “Billing” page you can simply click the “Reset” button whilst having “Billing” selected from the dropdown. This will show a warning prompt asking you for confirmation to proceed.
