To create a profile group simply click the “New Group” option to the top left of the interface. This will present you with a pop-up prompting you to input your group name. Once done click create.

You can rename your selected profile group at any time by selecting the settings icon beside the name. This will bring up the “Group Settings” pop-up where you can input a new name if desired or delete the whole group.
