Creating or Editing Tasks with In-Bot Monitor Keywords

The example below demonstrates how to create tasks (or edit existing ones) when your keywords are detected by the in-bot monitor.

If you already have tasks in your group, you can choose to use the "Edit Tasks" action instead of "Create Tasks" for seamless task management.

Use keyword monitoring only if SKU monitoring is unsupported for the store. Note: This is the riskiest monitoring method.
