If you wish to download your receipts for all renewals and add-ons please navigate to the Settings page, located here, and click the download icon beside each charge under the "Charge History" header.
Please note it is not possible to provide invoices for one-off payments since these are not logged as invoices due to Stripe limitations.
You can access your renewal invoices and receipts by navigating to the Settings page of the User Dashboard, linked here, then selecting "Update Card Info" as seen below;
Clicking this will then launch the Stripe Customer Portal.
You would then need to select the arrow icon () beside each invoice date to launch another webpage where you can download either your invoice or receipt.
